I have chosen to get an eFax service line. The fax number (+1 4126430926) is as the name implies – for faxes. The carrier I am using is charging $3.95, and will charge 5ยข per minute for any received or sent faxes. Since I don’t normally get faxes, this is not much of an issue. When I receive a fax, the service provider will collect the fax, convert it into a .pdf file, and email me the .pdf file so I can view it, and decide if I need to print it out or not. When I wish to send a fax, I will convert the document into a .pdf file. The subject of the email will be the subject of the fax. The body of the email will be the cover page. The .pdf file that I will attach will be the actual fax document. I will then send the email to a special telephone number that is provided by the fax provider. The email address will designate where the fax has to go to.
