TelNIC’s customer support is non-existent, at least for me. I have a couple of items that has my .tel address as a means to reach out to me if I should lose such item. With that being said, I am going to keep fsp.tel, but will not add any more .tel addresses. A means of providing the most basic of information is valuable to me, and while my contact site provides that information, and even more, the .tel address does what it does, and does it good. Any Internet enabled device (including basic .WML browsers) should be able to view this site, and get the contact information they will need.
