Based on my last check, I am able to call in Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and the United States. This is only when calling from my primary cellular phone. Therefore, when calling any of these countries, the call is included with my plan’s minutes. If there was a need to call another country, I will have to weigh the cost vs the benefit. Simply put, if it will cost too much to have a regular and relatively long conversation, then I am not going to be able to call. For example, calling Haiti is 26¢ per minute even though it is closer to the United States than the United Kingdom. Calling Greenland is 54¢ per minute – again even though it is closer than the United Kingdom.
